The receptionist and the tall gentleman at reception and in the breakfast area were extremely helpful and went out of their way to assist us. The hotel is in an excellent location, right by the river and across from a stunning view of the castle. The lobby was welcoming and the cleanliness of the hotel was commendable. We were able to park easily and the hotel's facilities were top-notch. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and the staff serving us were friendly and attentive. we were very satisfied with our stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel overlooking the River Ness. The location was ideal, as it was close to the city center, local restaurants, and the beautiful riverside walk. The staff, particularly Alan, who looked after us, were lovely and went out of their way to ensure our comfort. The room was well-equipped, with everything we needed, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, and we were not rushed out.

The friendly staff made us feel welcome, and we were impressed with the large suite that had a beautiful river view. The hotel offered good value for money, and we enjoyed the convenience of having a bar that served bar suppers attached to the hotel. The excellent location allowed us to easily explore the city, as it was a short walking distance from the train station, old town, and castle. We especially loved the view of the castle and river from our room.

The hotel's location is perfect - right on the river Ness with a quick 2-minute walk into the city center. Everything is so close, making it convenient to explore. The staff were friendly and helpful, both at breakfast and in the bar. The hotel's cleanliness was also excellent, with spacious rooms and modern bathrooms.
